Cooking For One: Ground Beef Three Ways

Leo shares how to take a ground beef and make it into 3 different dishes to eat over the course of a week, that include Bolognese with Spaghetti, Asian Lettuce Wrap, and a homemade Burger. I will presume that you have in your home pantry the following; · Kosher Salt · Black Pepper · Brown Sugar · Ketchup · Mayonnaise · Soy, Duck, Hot Mustard packets from your last Chinese takeout order · Olive Oil Things for your Shopping List: · 1 lb. Ground Beef · 1 Medium White Onion · 1 large Carrot · 1 Garlic bulb · 1 lb. Spaghetti · 1 Roma Tomato · 1 Butter Lettuce · Small bottle of White Wine · Bun or Roll · 2 Slices of Cheese To get started we will do our preparation: 1. Separate the Ground Beef into fourths 2. Dice the White Onion and separate into 2 containers 3. Dice the Large Carrot and place half in each container 4.
