Ingredients:
4 slices of pastry puff
powdered sugar
whipped cream
fresh berries
caramel
Instructions:
According to the recipe on the box, bake the pastry puff in any shape or size you want. Remove and let cool before assembling dessert. Design a plate using caramel sauce. Plate one pastry puff and top off with whipped cream. Add your choice of berries and top off with another pastry puff. Some powdered sugar, a little whipped cream, and fruit on the side adds extra flavor and makes a beautiful presentation.
Be sure to celebrate this romantic day as a Saint Valentine would: by praying, loving, and serving God and each other with His love.

Father,
I love your emails. I live in Iowa, outside of Des Moines. There are many Catholic friends and priests who do not shoot it as straight as you do. I have agreed with all you have said and it is like a breath of fresh air to know that the truth can be found everywhere. This is not MY version of the Catholic faith, but a universal faith that we share. Thanks be to God for you who are sharing this beautiful truth with a sometimes hostile world. Hang in there! And God Bless YOU!
Peace,
