Ingredients
Salmon
2 Tb Barbecue sauce
1 Tb Ketchup
1 Tb Mayonaise
Bourbon
Garlic
Bag of mixed greens
1 Tsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Add olive oil and minced garlic to pan over gas burner. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place fish seasoned side down and cook 3-5 minutes on each side.
In small bowl mix barbeque sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise. Spoon glaze over fish. Pour ΒΌ cup bourbon directly into pan (BEWARE OF FLAME). When flames die down, the alcohol is burned out and the fish is ready to come out.
Place mixed greens on plate. Season with olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Top with Salmon.

This Lenten season, instead of giving something up, why not take something on something new, like spending some time in the kitchen with your loved ones. Fr. Leo heats things up with this tasty salmon dish.
