Ingredients:
2 cans tomato puree
2 cans crushed tomatoes
6 tablespoons chopped garlic (minced)
6 tablespoons chopped dried onion
4 cups red wine
1 cup sugar or four peeled large carrots
1 cup cheese
6 tablespoons parsley
6 tablespoons basil
2 tablespoons course black pepper (if strong use only 1)
4 teaspoons coriander
water as needed to thin to desired consistency
Instructions:
Mix well and simmer for a few hours (3-4). Option, brown ground beef (or meatballs) in a separate pan and add to pot and continue to cook for extra flavor.
